Shapercult is on a mission to become India's leading shapewear brand, aiming to cross 1 Cr/month in revenue over the next 6 months. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who understands the intricacies of D2C fashion apparel and can scale our growth with data-driven strategies and compelling creatives.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience in D2C/e-commerce, preferably in fashion, lingerie, or apparel
• Proven track record managing and scaling Meta & Google ad budgets of 10–20 Lakhs/month or more
• Expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, etc.)
• Strong command over CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and full-funnel marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience with campaign planning, content coordination, and A/B testing
• Deep understanding of the fashion apparel consumer and audience segmentation

What You'll Do:

• Strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
• Focus on driving high ROI while maintaining brand aesthetic and voice
• Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to build impactful funnels
• Launch data-backed experiments, creative tests, and offer-based strategies
• Monitor performance daily, report insights, and proactively improve results
• Fully own media budgets with agility and accountability
