Job Description

Job Title: Paid Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly performance-driven Paid Media Manager with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, particularly in lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing lead quality, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns with clear ROI and conversion objectives.
  • Handle campaign budgeting, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Manage large-scale advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign structures.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, sales, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing strategies.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Media.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a primary focus on lead generation campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing advertising budgets in the lakhs per month or higher.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and related tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing campaigns for high-value clients and large-budget accounts.
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience generating qualified leads for B2B or high-ticket sales businesses.
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations, marketing automation, and lead nurturing processes.
