Anna Simona Kids is a premium, design-led baby essentials brand based in Mumbai — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a sharp, experienced performance marketer to own and scale our paid channels end to end.
This is not a coordination role. We need someone who has genuinely scaled a D2C brand through paid media — someone who understands the numbers, builds the strategy, executes it, and is accountable for results.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Meta Ads
Full ownership of Meta campaigns — strategy, structure, creative briefing, testing, scaling
Manage prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Build and maintain campaign architecture — audience segmentation, funnel structure, budget allocation
Brief creative team on video and static ad concepts based on what's working
Analyse performance weekly — ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPC, frequency — and act on it
Google Ads
Own Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
Keyword strategy, bid management, product feed optimisation
Track and improve Google ROAS across all campaign types
WhatsApp Marketing
Own all WhatsApp broadcast campaigns via ByteSpeed AI
Build and manage retention flows — abandoned cart, welcome series, post-purchase, replenishment
Plan and execute monthly campaign calendar
Monitor open rates, click rates, conversion rates — test and improve continuously
Performance & Reporting
Weekly performance report — all channels, key metrics, what changed and why
Monthly marketing report with clear insights and recommendations
Own the marketing P&L — know your blended ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin at all times
Track and report on new vs repeat customer acquisition across all channels
Use Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and ByteSpeed dashboards fluently
:
3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience — D2C brand experience is non-negotiable
Has personally scaled Meta and Google campaigns, not just managed agencies
Strong with numbers — comfortable building and reading performance reports, not just pulling data
Understands D2C metrics deeply — ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, blended vs channel-level performance
Experience with WhatsApp marketing tools (ByteSpeed, Interakt, Wati or similar)
Creative instinct — can brief a video concept, identify winning hooks, spot what's not working
Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment
Mumbai-based, full-time, in-person
