Navrang Realty Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate company located in Sector 66, Gurgaon, is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer to join our team.

Position: Performance Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer

Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon

Experience: 2 – 4 years (in Real Estate Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

• Manage lead generation strategies and monitor performance metrics

• Design creative marketing materials for digital campaigns, social media, and advertisements

• Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective creatives

• Stay updated on real estate market trends and customer behavior

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing and graphic design, preferably in the real estate sector

• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach

• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work on time
