Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can own and scale paid acquisition channels while maintaining strong ROI. If you have hands-on experience running high-budget campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving revenue growth across digital platforms, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
- Own customer acquisition metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
- Scale campaigns profitably through continuous testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Manage media budgets and allocate spends efficiently across channels
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve results
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and funnels
- Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead in performance marketing
- Coordinate with retention and CRM teams to improve overall LTV and profitability
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership

Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with strong ROAS
- Solid understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with GA4, Meta Business Manager, and attribution tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
