Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who understands that growth is not about chasing cheap leadsit's about attracting the right learner, at the right time, with the right message.
You will own end-to-end performance marketing across paid channels, optimise funnels, and drive predictable enrolments while protecting brand trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Growth & Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels
- Own CPL, CAC, ROAS, and enrolment conversion metrics
- Scale what works; shut down what doesn'tquickly and decisively
- Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
- Optimise landing pages, lead forms, and counselling funnels
- Work closely with design and content teams to test messaging, creatives, and offers
- Improve lead quality, not just lead volume
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using GA, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and internal dashboards
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actions
- Attribute revenue accurately across channels and cohorts
- Experimentation & Testing
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, pricing angles, and positioning
- Translate insights from Tier-2 / Tier-3 India behaviour into scalable campaigns
- Budget Ownership
- Manage and optimise monthly ad budgets with accountability for outcomes
- Ensure efficient spend with clear visibility on returns
What We're Looking For
- 36 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong experience with Meta and Google Ads (education, SaaS, or consumer brands preferred)
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion optimisation
- Data-driven mindset with strong judgementnot just dashboard watching
- Experience marketing to Tier-2 / Tier-3 India audiences is a strong plus
- Ability to balance growth with brand credibility
