Role Overview

Hero Vired is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own end-to-end user acquisition and CRM-led growth. This role requires strong hands-on execution across paid marketing platforms and lifecycle marketing tools, with a sharp focus on lead quality,conversions, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Drive lead volume while maintaining optimal CPL, CVR and ROAS
  • Work closely with creative, tech/product and sales teams to improve funnel performance
  • Conduct daily monitoring and proactive optimizations

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own CRM platforms such as WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage
  • Build and manage lead nurturing journeys via Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMS
  • Improve CRM CPL, and lead-to-conversion rates, revenue attribution
  • Align closely with sales teams to improve closures and follow-ups

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using GA4, CRM dashboards (LeadSquared preferred), and internal reporting systems
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Ensure clear attribution between marketing and CRM metrics

Skills & Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM tools like WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and attribution
  • Sound knowledge of pixels, Google Tag Manager and other MarTech tools
  • Analytical mindset with strong execution skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in EdTech or consumer internet companies
  • Exposure to WhatsApp-based automation and retention marketing
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking and conversion APIs
