Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing Manager would be responsible to manage all media/performance led digital activities, including planning and execution across Google and Meta Ads as well as manage the optimization and reporting.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, he need to ensure that integrated digital strategies are aligned with the brand objectives. The purpose of this role is to drive awareness, traffic, conversions and revenue meeting brand business goals and strategies.

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Own, accountable and execute paid performance strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Drive revenue, conversions, awareness & traffic in line with business targets
  • Develop and manage full-funnel paid media strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
  • Optimise campaigns continuously for ROAS, CPA, CAC

Campaign Management, Optimisation, Retention Marketing

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns with structured A/B testing (creatives, copies, audiences, formats)
  • Map ad formats to objectives across funnel stages
  • Own landing page testing strategy in collaboration with design and tech teams
  • Execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives across paid traffic
  • Drive customer retention and repeat purchases by aligning paid acquisition strategies with lifecycle and retention programs
  • Work closely with CRM, email, WhatsApp, and loyalty teams to improve repeat rate, LTV, and cohort performance

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets with strict spend pacing and billing reconciliation
  • Build budget recommendations for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and dashboards
  • Deliver daily/weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimisation plans

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies
  • Collaborate with CRM and email marketing teams to align paid acquisition with retention and lifecycle strategies
  • Coordinate with SEO teams/agencies to align paid and organic growth efforts
  • Partner with external agencies where required to scale performance efficiently

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse performance metrics across campaigns, funnels, and cohorts
  • Identify blockers, opportunities, and growth levers using data-driven insights
  • Document campaign learnings and best practices
  • Present regular performance and account reviews to internal stakeholders

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • 38 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads for D2C / e-commerce brands (beauty/cosmetics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of performance funnels, attribution, and metrics
  • Proven experience in ROAS-driven scaling and optimisation
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Good command over Shopify built websites
  • technical understanding of tracking, pixels, and events
  • Creative sensibility for ad copy, hooks, and visual storytelling
  • UX/CRO exposure is a plus
  • Stay updated with Meta, Google, and performance marketing best practices
