Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in paid digital marketing particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive user acquisition, conversions, and auto-renewal revenue for our B2C product lines. You will own performance campaigns end-to-end, optimize paid channels, and build repeatable growth loops that improve both scale and efficiency.
You should be analytical, data-driven, and experienced with subscription or auto-pay-driven product growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Paid Acquisition & Channel Strategy
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Messenger).
- Identify new paid channels and platforms that align with our B2C growth goals.
Performance & Growth Execution
- Drive high-quality user acquisition with a focus on auto-pay subscriptions / recurring revenue.
- Build, test, and optimize campaign structures, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Maximize ROI, CPA, CAC, LTV, and other key performance metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and regular performance reports (weekly/monthly).
- Use data to forecast growth and budget efficiency.
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to enhance conversion funnels.
- A/B test landing pages, offers, and messaging to increase conversions and retention.
Budget & Strategy Management
- Own paid marketing budgets and pacing.
- Align budgets with seasonality, product launches, and strategic priorities.
Required Qualification:
Core Skills
- 36+ years of performance marketing experience (B2C paid acquisition).
- Strong Google Ads (Search / Display / YouTube) expertise.
- Proven success running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Experience with auto-pay / subscription / recurring revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Firebase, Data Studio) and attribution platforms.
Strategic Mindset
- Ability to plan multi-channel paid strategies.
- Strong optimization bias constantly testing ideas to drive performance.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working with AI-based products or tech startups.
- Knowledge of ASO / App install campaigns if mobile app marketing is relevant.
- Familiarity with CRM & email automation for retention lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience with Affiliate / Influencer marketing performance channels.
