Ready to drive high-impact growth in Agri-Tech We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital acquisition and engagement efforts. What You'll Do

• Own & execute acquisition marketing across Google Ads, UACi, DV 360, Meta, In-Mobi, and Truecaller
• Leverage 1P audiences to craft precision-driven campaigns
• Drive engagement & retention with Email, Drip, and In-App Marketing (Webengage/Moengage)
• Implement & optimize the full marketing stack for seamless execution
• Analyze, report & improvestrong data chops, dashboarding, and actionable insights are key
• Lead & mentor a campaign team to push performance to new heights

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Deep expertise in acquisition, retention, and brand marketing
• Strong analytical mindsetcomfortable with dashboards & performance metrics
• Experience in multi-channel campaign execution & optimization
• Ability to manage marketing budgets with a keen eye on ROI
