About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition to scale our fintech app. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta Ads and proven success in driving high-quality installs, optimizing post-install events, and maximizing ROI in a regulated fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Google App Campaigns (UAC) to drive installs, sign-ups, and in-app transactions.
• Define, track, and optimize performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention).
• Manage and allocate budgets across channels to deliver efficient growth at scale.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to build creatives, test messaging, and optimize user funnels.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests across targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting through Firebase, GA4, and Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
• Stay updated with Google Ads best practices and fintech-specific advertising regulations.
• Deliver actionable insights and present performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition.
• Proven track record of managing Google App Campaigns (UAC), Facebook Campaigns at scale.
• Strong understanding of fintech customer journeys (investments, loans, broking, etc.).
• Proficiency with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, or programmatic channels.
• Exposure to retention/lifecycle marketing (push, email, in-app).
• Prior experience in startups or high-growth fintech apps.
