Job Description

TL;DR: We're looking for a senior performance marketer for a Sydney-based agency with a strong client base in fintech and real estate. You'll own both Google and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, manage day-to-day client communication, and grow into a commercially involved role. If you want more than just execution and are ready to be genuinely invested in outcomes, read on.

  • Role type: Full-time (40 hours per week), fully remote,
  • Working hours: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM IST (Sydney overlap)
  • Salary range: up to 16 LPA (depending on experience)

What you'll do

  • Campaign ownership: Run and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for client portfolio with budgets up to $200k AUD/month. That means going deep on CPA, ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates testing creatives, copy, and audiences, and knowing when to scale and when to pull back.

  • Client communication: Be the day-to-day contact for clients, handling performance queries, flagging issues before they escalate, and joining monthly calls. In the first few months, you'll get across the accounts. By month six, the relationships are yours to run.

  • Commercial contribution: Spot opportunities clients haven't asked for yet, new channels, new approaches, gaps in their current strategy. At the 12-month mark, there's a genuine revenue share on the table for someone who performs and thinks beyond the brief.

Who we're looking for

Someone with 3+ years of experience who has the following skills and traits:

  • Paid media specialist first: You have 25 years of hands-on Google and Meta Ads experience, ideally with LinkedIn Ads in the mix too. You've managed budgets from $2k to $100k/month, you understand lead generation inside out, and you don't need someone to tell you what to do next with an underperforming campaign.
  • Analytically sharp: KPIs, A/B testing, tracking setups this is where you're most comfortable. You can look at a campaign, know what the numbers are telling you, and explain it clearly to a client without drowning them in jargon.
  • Client-facing confidence: You've worked in or alongside an agency and are comfortable owning client relationships directly. You can handle a tough performance conversation without it becoming a problem.
  • Organised and autonomous: You manage multiple accounts, stay on top of things without being chased, and collaborate well with designers, copywriters, and other specialists when you need to.
  • Commercially minded: You want to grow with the business, not just run campaigns. The 12-month revenue-share opportunity is real but only for someone who's genuinely invested in client outcomes.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with GA4, attribution modelling, or more advanced tracking setups.
  • An e-commerce background, most of the current client base is B2B, but the agency's roots are in e-commerce, and it comes up.

Application process

  • Discovery call to understand your motivations
  • Take-home assessment and discussion
  • Final interview with the client
