About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and data-driven growth strategies. This role will focus on driving measurable results through platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing campaigns. SEO experience is not requiredwe are specifically seeking someone with a strong performance marketing background.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion)
Perform audience segmentation and create custom & lookalike audiences
Manage budgets, forecasting, and campaign pacing
Track and optimize key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL
Continuously test creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies
Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams for campaign alignment
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Experience
34 years of agency experience in performance marketing
Proven success in managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Hands-on experience in retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign scaling
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience handling medium to large advertising budgets
Nice to Have
Experience with platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic advertising
Knowledge of tools such as Looker Studio, HubSpot, or CRM systems
Experience working closely with creative teams or agencies
