Roles & Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel acquisitionacross Google, Meta & other channels; drive scale with strong CAC control and focus on approved/activated users
- Manage and optimize budgets dynamically based on CAC, conversions, and funnel performance
- Execute and scale campaigns (Search, Social, App installs) with continuous A/B testing
- Optimize creatives, targeting & bidding for performance improvement
- Collaborate with content teams to build and test high-performing creatives rapidly
- Track and improve end-to-end funnel (Impression Activation) using data and dashboards
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Marketing to enhance conversion and user journey

Qualification & Exposure
- Bachelors / master's degree
Must Have's
- 610 years in performance marketing (fintech preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, and credit funnel dynamics
- Proven track record of managing high budgets with ROI focus
- Experience scaling fintech growth
- Strong experimentation mindset + ownership
