Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets.
  • Own the full-funnel marketing roadmap across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities across emerging channels, partnerships, and consumer segments.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team across performance, social, content, and creative functions.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build scalable marketing processes and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Performance & Digital Marketing

  • Own performance marketing across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and other platforms.
  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, and channel-level efficiency.
  • Drive D2C traffic growth and marketplace demand generation.
  • Manage attribution models and funnel-level optimization.

Brand & Social Media

  • Build strong brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Execute content strategy aligned with energy independence, outdoor lifestyle, and backup power positioning.
  • Identify viral opportunities, trend-led content hooks, and community engagement initiatives.

Marketplace Marketing Alignment

  • Collaborate with Amazon and marketplace teams to support campaign events and visibility spikes.
  • Improve share of voice through coordinated ad + content strategies.
  • Support product launches with marketplace-ready positioning.

Budget Ownership & ROI Tracking

  • Manage marketing budgets across channels.
  • Track performance vs spend benchmarks.
  • Continuously optimize allocation for maximum ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign effectiveness through dashboards and KPIs.
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement metrics.
  • Present monthly performance insights and optimization plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years managing marketing teams
  • Experience handling performance marketing budgets
  • Experience working with consumer electronics / premium products preferred
