The role
We're looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Paid Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance marketing for online stores. You'll own and scale paid acquisition across Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon — driving revenue, improving ROAS, and reducing CAC for our e-commerce clients. You'll collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to turn ad spend into measurable growth.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Catalog Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands
- Drive e-commerce KPIs: ROAS, revenue, conversion rate, CAC, and AOV
- Conduct product-level and category-level keyword research to maximize search visibility and purchase intent targeting
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels, scaling winning campaigns while minimizing wasted spend
- Build and iterate on audience segments — retargeting, lookalikes, and new customer acquisition funnels
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights through regular reports
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, product feeds, and landing page strategies
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and e-commerce advertising trends
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid ads specifically for e-commerce brands
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and improving ROAS across Google, Meta, TikTok, and/or Amazon
- Deep understanding of product feed management (Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party attribution tools
- Experience with A/B testing creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies
- Solid understanding of the e-commerce conversion funnel, from discovery to purchase to retention
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear business insights for clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
