The Role
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Meta and Google platforms. In this role, you will own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation to drive high-quality leads and maximise ROI for a premium wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
Develop and manage monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and strong ROAS
Build and test audience segments, creatives, and ad formats to improve campaign performance
Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models
Analyse campaign data and deliver actionable insights through regular performance reports
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven expertise in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with demonstrated ROAS improvement
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders
