We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven expert Performance Media to lead and execute high-impact digital campaigns in Mumbai. This role involves end-to-end ownership of performance campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic, driving measurable growth for Tech/SaaS/App-based brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret client business objectives and translate them into performance-led digital strategies across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Develop data-driven campaign strategies aligned to acquisition, lead generation, or app growth goals.
- Plan and execute integrated media strategies with optimal budget allocation across Google Ads, Meta, DV360/Programmatic platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, conduct A/B testing, and implement ongoing optimizations to improve CPA/ROAS.
- Manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics frameworks (GA4, GTM, platform pixels).
- Deliver structured reporting dashboards with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
- Conduct campaign reviews and identify scale-up opportunities based on performance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and client servicing.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Prior experience working on Tech / SaaS / App-based brands or clients with a strong performance marketing focus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital media planning.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search & PMax), Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms (DV360 / The Trade Desk).
- Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and scaling campaigns efficiently.
- Experience managing performance budgets and delivering against CPA/ROAS targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills & Tools:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 / Programmatic platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with performance planning tools and audience insights platforms.
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / DV360 certifications preferred.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and updated on evolving performance marketing trends.
