Job role: We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid growth across Meta, Google, and marketplaces. The focus is on scaling revenue profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and scale ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and marketplaces
(Amazon/Flipkart)
Plan and execute performance campaigns (conversion, retargeting, CAC optimization)
Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, LTV
Work with creative/design team for ad creatives and iterations
Set up and manage tracking (Pixel, events, attribution tools)
Analyze campaign performance and take data-driven decisions
Run experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnels
Manage budgets and scaling strategies
Skills & Requirements:
3–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience with marketplace ads (Amazon/Flipkart preferred)
Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, attribution
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills
Good to Have:
Experience in D2C brands
Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, AppsFlyer, etc.
