About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital lead generation for real estate projects. This role will own campaign execution, funnel optimization, landing page performance, retargeting, and reporting across paid channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM coordination, and conversion-focused marketing, with a strong understanding of lead quality and site visit generation.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn where relevant.
- Drive qualified leads for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
- Improve key metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROI.
- Manage audience targeting, remarketing, budgets, and campaign structure.
- Work on landing pages, lead forms, microsites, and portal listings to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality, follow-up, and site visit outcomes.
- Run WhatsApp, email, and SMS remarketing/nurture campaigns.
- Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools, and regular reporting.
- Track competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of lead funnels, campaign optimization, and performance metrics
- Experience in real estate lead generation
- Familiarity with landing page optimization, remarketing, and CRM workflows
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Experience- 4–8 years in digital/performance marketing
- 2+ years in real estate marketing
- Experience with developers, brokerage firms, or PropTech companies
- Familiarity with the Gurugram / NCR market is a plus
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Analytics are a plus
