We are scaling aggressively through performance marketing and are looking for someone who understands numbers, creatives, funnels, and profitable growth — not just someone who runs ads.
Role Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Meta Ads Performance Marketer who has hands-on experience scaling D2C brands profitably. You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
What You'll Own
• End-to-end execution and scaling of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Profitably increasing revenue while maintaining target ROAS
• Audience research, funnel structuring & campaign architecture
• Creative testing strategy (hooks, formats, angles, UGC, offers)
• Performance tracking: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, MER, AOV
• Daily budget optimisation and scaling decisions
• Identifying funnel drop-offs and suggesting CRO improvements
• Collaborating with content & design teams to improve creative velocity
What Success Looks Like
• Stable and scalable ROAS
• Reduced CPA over time
• Consistent testing of new creatives weekly
• Strong contribution to revenue growth
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for D2C / eCommerce brands
• Experience handling meaningful ad budgets (mention monthly spend handled)
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
• Strong understanding of performance funnels & attribution
• Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong Hindi communication (Basic English preferred)
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience in kids / parenting / consumer brands
• Worked on UGC-led ad strategies
• Experience with landing page optimisation
• Understanding of contribution margin & unit economics
