About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives across channels. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy from planning and execution to optimization and ROI measurement driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-backed campaigns. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on campaign management experience across paid and organic digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall performance marketing strategy across channels - Search, Social, Display, Video and Affiliates.
  • Define and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Lead a team of channel specialists and external agencies.
  • Align marketing performance goals with business KPIs (sales, leads, retention, CAC, LTV).
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and continuous optimization across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
  • Track and analyze campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Forecast campaign performance and budget utilization.
  • Work closely with product, content, and design teams to ensure message consistency and conversion alignment.
  • Partner with technology teams to improve tracking, attribution, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in performance Marketing, including leadership experience.
  • Proven success in scaling performance campaigns across multiple channels and geographies.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Display & Programmatic platforms.
