We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Manager for our on-site office located in Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive user acquisition and optimize campaign performance. You will manage budgets, analyze campaign metrics, and collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing content. This role requires strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and refine strategies for optimal results. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices to keep our campaigns competitive.

• Expertise in Digital Advertising, Paid Media Campaigns, and Performance Marketing
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Metrics Tracking, and Campaign Optimization
• Proficiency in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Advertising
• Familiarity with A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics platforms
• Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
• Experience in performance marketing for mobile apps or tech solutions is a bonus
