About The Opportunity

Consumer-facing Beauty & Fashion D2C and e-commerce sector fast-growth brand portfolio focused on digital-first customer acquisition, creative-led performance, and lifetime value expansion across India. We run end-to-end paid media programs that blend brand storytelling with direct-response metrics to scale profitable growth.

Primary Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: India (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Search & Shopping to drive scalable ROAS and lower CAC for beauty and fashion brands.
  • Design and run creative-led A/B tests (ad formats, messaging, landing pages) and translate results into repeatable playbooks for creative optimisation.
  • Own campaign measurement and attribution: implement UTMs, GA4 tagging, and reporting to deliver actionable insights on LTV, cohort performance and channel mix.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, product and creative teams to align promotions, landing experiences (Shopify) and UX with paid media funnels.
  • Manage media budgets, pacing and bid strategies; build automated rules and scripts to maintain performance targets and scale winners quickly.
  • Mentor junior media buyers and liaise with external agencies/partners to ensure execution quality, ad policy compliance and timely creative refreshes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience running performance media for D2C beauty or fashion brands with measurable ROAS improvements.
  • Deep operational knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytics and measurement skills using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, including funnel and pixel setup.
  • Hands-on expertise in A/B testing, CRO and creative testing frameworks.
  • Comfortable owning full-funnel KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and cohort analysis.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with programmatic DSPs and advanced bidding platforms.
  • Experience with Looker Studio / Tableau for custom dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Background in influencer paid amplification or creative production workflows for commerce.
