Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Acquisition)
Compensation: ₹150,000/month + performance bonus
Location: India (Remote)
Reporting line: Director
Bridgegold is a private-client advisory serving international HNWI families seeking residency and citizenship by investment solutions.
This role owns paid acquisition.
The objective is not traffic, impressions or lead volume.
The objective is qualified, commercially viable pipeline generated through controlled, measurable acquisition systems across multiple countries and languages.
This is a hands-on execution role.
It is not:
• a brand-only role
• an agency coordination role
• a presentation role
• a strategy-only role
• a social media management role
Role
You will build, operate and optimise paid acquisition systems across multiple countries, languages and residency/citizenship programmes.
You are directly responsible for:
• lead quality
• acquisition efficiency
• CPL/CAC improvement
• funnel performance
• and revenue-aligned pipeline generation
You will work closely with:
• CRM
• Website & Conversion
• SEO
• developers
• and sales/BDM functions
However:
you own the acquisition outcome.
Core responsibilities
• Build and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Build campaign structures from zero:
– targeting
– keywords
– audiences
– creatives
– bidding
– retargeting
– attribution
• Allocate and reallocate budgets based on performance and lead quality
• Improve CPL, CAC, SQL quality and conversion rates continuously
• Run acquisition across multiple countries, languages and audience types
• Identify weak points in campaigns and act quickly
• Build retargeting and qualification layers to filter weak leads early
• Work with CRM and sales data to understand which leads convert into actual business
• Use paid acquisition not only to generate leads but to pre-qualify intent and commercial fit
• Contribute to creator, affiliate, referral or KOL-led acquisition campaigns where measurable acquisition impact exists
Execution standards
• Review performance daily and make decisions based on data
• Identify the weakest variable first:
– audience
– offer
– creative
– landing page
– funnel
– attribution
• Implement specific operational changes, not generic recommendations
• Escalate funnel or tracking issues immediately when conversion quality drops
• Optimise based on CRM and sales outcomes, not vanity platform metrics
• Prioritise speed, clarity and measurable commercial impact
Reporting
• Track:
– spend
– CPL
– CAC
– conversion rate
– SQL rate
– qualified lead ratio
– pipeline contribution
• Explain clearly:
– what changed
– why it changed
– what impact it had
• Separate qualified leads from junk leads
• Maintain clear attribution and feedback loops with CRM and sales
Requirements
• 5–8 years hands-on paid acquisition experience
• Direct ownership of $10k+/month budgets minimum
(must be personally controlled, not team-level visibility only)
• Strong Google + Meta execution experience
• LinkedIn Ads experience strongly preferred
• Proven measurable CPL/CAC improvements
• Lead generation experience required
(not only ecommerce, branding or awareness campaigns)
• Multi-country and multi-language campaign exposure
• Ability to explain:
– exact actions taken
– exact optimisations made
– exact results achieved
• Strong execution speed and prioritisation ability
• Strong operational thinking under pressure
