Job Summary

As Performance Marketing Manager at ScoreUp, you're accountable for CAC, ROAS, and growth targets across paid channels. You lead the full loop — launching campaigns, reading data, making kill/scale decisions, and briefing the next creative cycle. You manage the team and the budget simultaneously.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and YouTube— strategy through execution
  • Manage and allocate the monthly ad budget; forecast CAC and ROAS by channel and cohort
  • Launch all creative variants each week, set targeting, bids, and audiences
  • Make kill/scale decisions at 48–72 hrs based on performance signals — no hesitation
  • Brief the Creative Strategist weekly with winning angles, failing patterns, and new hypotheses
  • Lead and develop the performance team: Creative Strategist, Video Creator, Script Writer
  • Work with the Analyst to build dashboards and surface CAC, LTV, payback period weekly
  • Run tests in coordination with the CRO to optimise post-click conversion
  • WBRs (Weekly business reviews) with leadership with clear recommendations, not just data.

  • Run a structured feedback loop— debrief the Script Writer and Creative Strategist every Monday with a clear breakdown of what's winning, what's dead, and what to test next; make feedback specific, data-backed, and actioned within 24 hours.

Collaboration

Work closely with the design, Product & tech team to improve conversion backed by data.

Contribute to overall company objectives aligning with Founders/Leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4–6 years in performance/growth marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up
  • Relevant experience in consumer app acquisition at scale— mobile growth, app install campaigns, or subscription-led funnels
  • Deep hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale (₹1 Cr+ monthly budgets)
  • Strong analytical mind —MMP analytics tools 
  • Creative fluency — can brief and evaluate creative, not just media buying
  • Proven track record of reducing CAC while scaling spend
  • People manager — can lead, unblock, and develop a small high-output team
  • Fast decision-maker — comfortable with imperfect data and high velocity
