About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Ad Sales Manager who can own revenue growth, lead teams, and manage key client relationships. This role requires strong expertise in digital advertising, campaign delivery, and a deep understanding of performance and/or influencer marketing ecosystems. The candidate will be responsible for scaling business, managing P&L, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
  • Own and manage P&L for the business/unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
  • Lead and mentor a team across sales, client servicing, and account management
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify business opportunities and create strategic sales plans
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and delivery across:
  • Ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs and deliver ROI for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, influencer, analytics)
  • Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and growth plans to clients
  • Stay updated with market trends in performance marketing and influencer marketing

Key Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in Ad Sales / Business Development / Digital Marketing
  • Proven track record in team handling and leadership roles
  • Experience in managing P&L and driving revenue targets
  • Strong background in client servicing and account management
  • Deep understanding of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native & Programmatic advertising
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or startup ecosystem
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Performance Marketing and/or Influencer Marketing (highly preferred)
  • Exposure to international sales/clients is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, DSPs, influencer platforms, etc.
