About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Ad Sales Manager who can own revenue growth, lead teams, and manage key client relationships. This role requires strong expertise in digital advertising, campaign delivery, and a deep understanding of performance and/or influencer marketing ecosystems. The candidate will be responsible for scaling business, managing P&L, and driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
- Own and manage P&L for the business/unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
- Lead and mentor a team across sales, client servicing, and account management
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify business opportunities and create strategic sales plans
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and delivery across:
- Ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs and deliver ROI for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, influencer, analytics)
- Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and growth plans to clients
- Stay updated with market trends in performance marketing and influencer marketing
Key Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Ad Sales / Business Development / Digital Marketing
- Proven track record in team handling and leadership roles
- Experience in managing P&L and driving revenue targets
- Strong background in client servicing and account management
- Deep understanding of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native & Programmatic advertising
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or startup ecosystem
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Performance Marketing and/or Influencer Marketing (highly preferred)
- Exposure to international sales/clients is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, DSPs, influencer platforms, etc.
