We are looking for a sharp, data-driven, and creative Performance Marketing Executive / Manager to join our team at Palasa Creative Place.
Your role will include planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You will work closely with the creative, content, and brand teams to drive performance-led growth for in-house brands as well as agency-led client projects.

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Create and optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, e-commerce sales, brand awareness, conversions, and remarketing.
Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, landing page suggestions, and campaign communication.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize budgets, targeting, placements, creatives, and audience segments.
Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, leads, sales, and cost per result.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and action points.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market trend analysis.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce wastage.
Set up and manage tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing audiences.
Support marketplace and e-commerce growth through sponsored ads, keyword targeting, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, festive campaigns, seasonal promotions, and digital marketing plans.
Test different ad formats, creatives, captions, hooks, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Take ownership of campaign performance from planning to execution to reporting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital ad platforms.
Knowledge of Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketplace advertising will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of campaign objectives, funnel planning, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze data and convert it into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Good understanding of creative performance, ad copies, hooks, visual formats, and landing page effectiveness.
Basic understanding of FMCG, e-commerce, D2C, retail, or consumer brand marketing will be preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with creative, content, sales, and brand teams.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, result-focused, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
Should be comfortable with numbers, reports, campaign dashboards, and performance analysis.
A proactive mindset with ownership, curiosity, and a problem-solving approach.
