Role SummaryWe are looking for a relentless, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our paid media campaigns. This is a hardcore media buying role for someone who lives and breathes CPA, ROAS, and lead generation. You will architect, execute, and aggressively scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other high-impact channels.
You aren't just a button-pusher; you are a strategic ad buyer who knows how to squeeze every drop of efficiency out of a marketing budget. We don't need a data scientist—we need an absolute pro at the ad platforms who can scale, spend profitably, manage a team efficiently, and present straightforward, no-nonsense reports to senior leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesPure Performance & Campaign Execution
- Omnichannel Mastery: Build, manage, and optimize highly targeted paid campaigns from the ground up across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Aggressive Scaling: Manage high-volume monthly ad budgets, utilizing platform best practices and bidding strategies to hit strict CPA and ROAS targets while scaling spend.
- Continuous Testing: Relentlessly run A/B tests on ad creatives, copywriting, audiences, and offers to find winning combinations and prevent ad fatigue.
- Platform Expansion: Keep an eye out for new traffic sources and run lean tests on secondary ad networks (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter) to uncover new winning channels.
Streamlined Reporting
- Direct Reporting: Extract key performance metrics directly from the ad platforms and organize them into clear, easy-to-read weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
- Bottom-Line Focus: Translate raw campaign data into simple, strategic updates—highlighting what was spent, what was made, what is working, and what needs fixing.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with the creative team, feeding them clear briefs on what type of ad creatives and copy are needed based on platform performance.
- Team Management: Mentor, guide, and manage junior marketers or external partners, ensuring everyone is aligned on daily and weekly performance goals.
- Team Player Mindset: Leave the ego at the door. Step in to help solve broader marketing challenges, share your platform knowledge, and contribute to a high-velocity team culture.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: 3+ years of hardcore, hands-on media buying and performance marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Platform Expertise: Deep, technical proficiency inside the ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You know these platforms inside and out.
- Reporting Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for basic performance tracking. You know how to build a clean spreadsheet that shows executives exactly what they need to see without unnecessary fluff.
- Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and guide team members to hit targets.
