Position Title: Performance Marketing & Client Servicing Executive

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing & Client Servicing Executive to lead the management of digital campaigns and optimize performance marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless client communication while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven results and interpersonal relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management and Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

Client Servicing and Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Develop, curate, and present comprehensive campaign reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Address client concerns proactively to maintain high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.

Strategy and Collaboration

  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the cohesive execution of digital strategies across all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major paid media platforms.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent reporting and research tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
  • Core Competencies: Basic knowledge of performance marketing principles and the ability to multitask across multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Education/Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a keen understanding of current market trends.
