We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive Meta Ads (Full Time, In-Office)
We're looking for a performance-driven marketer who knows how to build, launch, and scale sales-focused Meta Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of funnels, tracking, and conversion optimization.

Position: Performance Marketing Executive Meta Ads

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns focused on sales and revenue growth
- Build and optimize full-funnel structures (cold, warm, hot audiences)
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- Create and test audience segments including broad, interest, retargeting, and lookalike
- Run structured creative testing (hooks, angles, formats)
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, AOV, and overall campaign profitability
- Scale winning campaigns using vertical and horizontal scaling methods
- Analyze performance data and present actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years hands-on experience running Meta Ads
- Experience managing sales-focused campaigns (not just engagement or traffic)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels
- Pixel setup, event tracking, and domain verification knowledge
- Ability to optimize for Purchase, Add to Cart, and other conversion events
- Familiarity with attribution models and post-iOS tracking limitations
- Basic understanding of landing page conversion rate optimization
- Comfortable working with budgets and performance targets
- Prior experience of running ads for F&B properties like pubs, cafes & restaurants.
