Role OverviewYou will own paid acquisition and performance campaigns across multiple platforms. Your goal is simple: generate high-quality leads and pipeline while maintaining strong ROI.
This role is ideal for someone who understands funnels, enjoys testing creatives and audiences, and makes decisions based on data, not assumptions.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
- Build and manage lead generation funnels
- Optimise campaigns for CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Set up and monitor retargeting campaigns
- Track performance using Google Analytics and ad dashboards
- Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Continuously experiment with new growth channels
What We're Looking For- 13 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record of generating leads or revenue through paid campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and attribution
- Ability to analyse metrics and optimise campaigns
- Experience working with budgets and ROI targets
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech products
- Understanding of landing page optimisation
