Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Executive with hands-on experience in digital advertising. The candidate should be skilled in managing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and funnel-based marketing strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Drive lead generation campaigns with a focus on CPL and conversion rates

• Build and manage Top Funnel (Awareness), Middle Funnel (Consideration), and Bottom Funnel (Conversion) campaigns

• Create and optimize retargeting campaigns to improve conversion rates • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting strategies

• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages

• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets effectively

• Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives and messaging

• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns

• Experience in setting up and optimizing retargeting campaigns

• Understanding of marketing funnels (TOF, MOF, BOF)

• Basic knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixels, Tags)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WhatsApp marketing or CRM tools

• Knowledge of landing page optimization

• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs (bonus)

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

• Click-Through Rate (CTR)

• Conversion Rate
