We are looking for a performance-driven marketing professional to manage and scale paid campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign execution, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage large advertising budgets with ownership of ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance
• Conduct deep performance analysis and generate actionable insights to improve results
• Build and execute advanced audience strategies including segmentation, remarketing, and lookalikes
• Continuously experiment with creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies to scale campaigns
• Ensure campaigns run efficiently with minimal downtime and consistent performance
• Provide structured feedback and guidance to junior team members or associates
• Collaborate with founders and team leads on growth strategies and new channel testing
• Take full ownership of campaign outcomes and implement quick corrective actions when required

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign planning and optimization
• Proven experience managing high ad spends with performance-focused goals
• Advanced knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Leadership capability to guide and oversee junior team members
• High ownership mindset with accountability for results
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
