About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can own and scale revenue across digital channels and marketplaces.
This is not just an ads execution role, it is a growth ownership role, where you will be responsible for CAC, ROAS, conversion efficiency and revenue scaling across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Growth (Core Ownership)
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Drive scalable revenue growth while maintaining target CAC & ROAS
Continuously optimize campaign structure and performance
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Own end-to-end funnel performance:
Ads - Landing Page - Checkout
Improve CTR, CVR and ROAS through:
A/B testing of creatives, hooks, and messaging
Testing offers, bundles, and pricing strategies
Collaborate with creative & design teams for performance-led content
3. Marketplace Growth (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart)
Manage and optimize performance campaigns on marketplaces
Improve:
Product visibility & ranking
Conversion rates
Organic + paid performance
Work on:
Keyword strategy
Listing optimization
Review generation & rating improvement
4. Data, Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance metrics:
CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV:CAC, CVR
Use tools like:
Google Analytics
Meta Ads Manager
Marketplace dashboards
Identify performance gaps and optimize continuously
5. Budget & Scaling Strategy
Manage monthly performance budgets efficiently
Scale winning campaigns aggressively
Quickly cut underperforming ads to maintain efficiency
Ensure optimal allocation across platforms
6. Growth Experiments & Innovation
Run continuous experiments across:
New audiences & targeting strategies
UGC ads, influencer whitelisting, creator ads
Creative formats and hooks
Stay updated with latest D2C performance marketing trends
Drive innovation in acquisition strategy
Qualifications
Strong expertise in performance marketing & paid media
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Experience in D2C / eCommerce growth preferred
Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Strong understanding of funnel optimization & CRO
Prior skincare / beauty industry experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / related field
