Job Description

Role Overview:

Grand View Consulting is looking for a performance-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive who can generate high-quality leads through paid campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in PPC, CLP (Conversion Landing Pages), and ROI-based marketing strategies.

The candidate should be capable of managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and improving cost per lead consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (if applicable)
  • Create, manage, and optimize Conversion Landing Pages (CLP) for better lead conversion.
  • Generate qualified leads aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize:
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
  • ROAS
  • Conversion Rates
  • Set up and manage tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Run retargeting and funnel optimization campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives and ad copies.
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record in lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience in landing page optimization.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking & analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and scale ad budgets effectively.
