Performance Marketer (2+ Years Experience)
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Manage PPC, Display, Video, and Social Media advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign results.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Performance Marketing strategies and funnel optimization.
Hands-on experience with paid campaigns across Search, Display, Video & Social.
Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Experience in remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
