Role Overview:Grand View Consulting is looking for a performance-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive who can generate high-quality leads through paid campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in PPC, CLP (Conversion Landing Pages), and ROI-based marketing strategies.
The candidate should be capable of managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and improving cost per lead consistently.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (if applicable)
- Create, manage, and optimize Conversion Landing Pages (CLP) for better lead conversion.
- Generate qualified leads aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- ROAS
- Conversion Rates
- Set up and manage tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Run retargeting and funnel optimization campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives and ad copies.
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record in lead generation campaigns.
- Experience in landing page optimization.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking & analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and scale ad budgets effectively.
