Role OverviewWe're hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can scale Meta Ads profitably and run a tight experimentation engine across creative, audience, and funnel.
You will also manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) as a complementary growth channel — but Meta remains the core priority.
Location: Bengaluru (BTM 2nd Stage)
Experience: 3–5 years (D2C fashion/clothing mandatory)
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end paid growth across Meta Ads: structure, targeting, testing, scaling, reporting
- Build and run a structured creative testing framework (UGC briefs, hooks, angles, iterations)
- Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce high-performing fashion creatives
- Scale budgets while protecting efficiency: ROAS, MER, CAC, contribution margins, LTV
- Improve funnel performance: landing pages, PDP-to-cart, checkout drop-offs, retargeting flows
- Manage and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Ensure clean tracking, reporting, and performance insights
Requirements- 3–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience
- Must have worked on D2C fashion/clothing brands
- Strong Meta Ads scaling expertise
- Solid working knowledge of Google Ads ecosystem
- Strong analytical foundation across ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV/cohorts
- Clear communicator who can lead cross-functional execution
