About this role:

This position is a key part of the Growth Marketing vertical, responsible for driving disproportionate growth by building and shipping automated, scalable solutions. You are a builder at heart, someone who sees operational bottlenecks in marketing not as problems, but as opportunities to connect with relevant members, create systems that drive efficiency and scale. This role involves end-to-end ownership- from identifying an inefficiency to building solutions to defining the GTM strategy. You will be the technical and creative engine of the marketing team, working on Food and Toing to fuel business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing Ownership: Own end-to-end performance marketing for select channels, driving user acquisition while optimizing CAC, CVR, and ROI through continuous experimentation.
  • Creative & Content Engine: Build and scale a high-impact creative engine by driving structured testing, rapid iteration, and collaboration with internal teams/agencies to improve performance metrics.
  • GTM & Product-Led Growth: Lead GTM for key product-led initiatives by defining audience, messaging, and channel strategy, and optimizing post-launch performance for sustained growth.
  • AI & Automation-Led Efficiency: Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency across creative generation, targeting, personalization, and campaign execution at scale.
  • Program Management & Problem Solving: Own end-to-end program management for key growth problems, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact solutions with speed and rigor.
  • Automation & Solutioning: Build lightweight tools and workflows using APIs/AI to automate campaign execution, reporting, and personalization at scale.

Required Skill-set:

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth/performance marketing with hands-on ownership of acquisition channels (Google, Meta) and funnel optimization
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, CVR, ROI) and experience running structured experimentation to drive improvements
  • Proven ability to build and scale creative testing frameworks for performance marketing
  • Exposure to AI tools and automation workflows to improve marketing efficiency (creative, targeting, reporting)
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to independently drive ambiguous problem statements end-to-end
  • Solid understanding of GTM strategy and execution for product-led growth initiatives
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across marketing, product, and analytics teams
  • Experience working closely with product and tech teams on growth or automation-led initiatives.
