We Need:
- Min. 2 years Performance Marketing experience running Google Ads & FB Ads
- Preferred: D2C brands experience + knows how to generate offline leads
- Attention to Detail & strong Analytics Sense
- Tech Savvy (comfortable with latest ad platforms & AI tools)
Location:HSR Layout, Bangalore (6 days/week, from office).
What you'll do:
- Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms to drive ROAS and customer acquisition
- Generate offline leads for store through targeted performance campaigns
- Work closely with creative and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives for premium eyewear. Must have eye for generating creatives
- Analyze sales data, attribution, and customer feedback to identify high-ROI channels and opportunities
- Collaborate with product, operations, and growth teams to execute campaigns and improve LTV metrics
