About the Role
Curefit is looking for an energetic, data-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to join our growth team. In this role, you will support the execution and day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns for Cult.fit.
As an Associate, you will focus on the execution of performance marketing campaignssetting up ads, monitoring daily spends, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our audience. This is a perfect role for someone with foundational digital marketing knowledge looking to scale their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the end-to-end setup and launch of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Youtube, and UAC).
- Daily Monitoring: Track daily spends and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running within budget and meeting efficiency targets.
- Creative Coordination: Work closely with the design team to brief new ad creatives, track their performance, and suggest iterations based on data.
- A/B Testing: Execute experiments on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to identify winning combinations.
- Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards, providing visibility into key funnel metrics like CTR, CPC, Cost per Install (CPI), ROI etc.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing (Agency or Brand side)
- Foundational Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Tool Awareness: Basic understanding of tracking tools like Branch, Metabase, Google Analytics
- Strong with number crunching and comfortable handling Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
