Our learning centres are different from traditional K-12 schools or preschools. We are building learning hubs (micro-schools) at a neighbourhood level where parents can send children for play school, nursery, kindergarten and a range of co-curricular activities from dance to drama, chess to robotics!

Job Description

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with 23 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, keyword strategies, audience targeting, and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage & experiment Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
• Continuously monitor performance and optimize for conversions, CTR, and ROAS
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and build audience segments
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the Google Ads ecosystem

Requirements

• 23 years of proven experience in running Google Ads campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Search, YouTube, and Performance Max ads
• Proficient in analytical tools such as GA, Clarity, Mixpanel or something similar
• Familiar with how CRM tools like Leadsqaure, Salesforce works
