Empathy is a emotional support platform connecting users with

trained listeners.

We are not a dating app, not adult chat, and not a therapy or counselling platform.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Performance Marketer who can grow Empathy ethically and responsibly.

This role is about bringing the right users, not chasing installs or vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta & Google
  • Drive high-intent, quality installs with retention in mind
  • Maintain Empathy's premium and ethical positioning
  • Ensure the app is never positioned as dating, adult chat, or counselling
  • Collaborate on respectful, compliant ad creatives & messaging
  • Track and optimize CAC, CPI, conversions, and early retention

What We're Looking For

  • 24 years of performance marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of app funnels & paid acquisition
  • Experience with sensitive categories (wellness / mental health is a plus)
  • Ethical, data-driven mindset with ownership
