Job Description Performance MarketerThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, etc. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical ability, and hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
- Structure campaigns effectively, including audience targeting, funnel segmentation, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences to improve performance.
- Set up and manage tracking systems, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs.
- Generate periodic performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities across platforms.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI across campaigns.
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and performance marketing trends.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 13 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
