Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

Owns all paid media across Meta and Google from Day 1. Responsible for campaign structure, pixel/events and C-API setup,

ROAS optimization, and the full conversion tracking infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Build and manage all Meta and Google Ads campaigns — prospecting, re targeting, lookalike audiences, and brand

search

– Set up and verify Meta Pixel + C-API (server-side), GA4 ecommerce events, and GTM DataLayer across all website

pages before any spend goes live

– Own campaign structure from scratch: ad sets, audiences, bidding strategy, creative rotation, and budget pacing

– Manage retargeting pools: website visitors, cart abandoners, product viewers, quiz completers — each with tailored

creative and messaging

– Run weekly creative testing — identify best-performing hooks, formats, and CTAs. Rotate creatives before fatigue

sets in.

– Monitor and report ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and CPC daily. Flag issues before they compound.

– Manage Amazon Sponsored Products and Google PMax campaigns in coordination with Marketplace Manager

– Maintain the GTM event audit document — every event, trigger, and DataLayer variable documented

REQUIREMENTS

– 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing — campaign manager level, not agency account management

– Proven track record managing Meta Ads budgets above 5L per month with documented ROAS outcomes

– Deep working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager, and CAPI setup

– Proficiency in Google Ads — Search, Display and Smart Bidding strategies

– GTM experience: able to create tags, triggers, and variables independently. DataLayer troubleshooting.

– GA4 ecommerce setup: purchase events, custom dimensions, funnel exploration reports

– Strong understanding of D2C conversion funnel — knows the difference between ToF, MoF, and BoF

– Analytical — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, reading dashboards, and making data-driven decisions fast

GOOD TO HAVE

– Experience with Klaviyo / MoEngage / Clevertap for audience syncing

– Familiarity with Shopify or Next.js pixel implementation

– Experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and ACoS management

– Subscription-based D2C brand experience
