Performance Marketer (minimum 1.5 year of experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Paid Advertising Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Build full-funnel media plans for lead gen, webinars, VSL funnels, and high-ticket call funnels.
- Manage budgets of ₹10L–₹50L per month with clear ROAS and CAC targets.
- Handle A/B testing of creatives, hooks, ad text, audiences, landing pages.
CREATIVE STRATEGY & PRODUCTION
- Work closely with creative team to design UGC ads, skit ads, image ads, reels, static creatives, thumbnails, banners.
- Suggest new hooks, angles, and scroll-stoppers based on market insights.
- Use data to identify winning creative patterns and build high-performance ad variations.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT FUNNEL
- Optimize the entire journey from ad → landing page → lead → call → sale.
- Reduce CPL, improve CTR, boost CVR across all top, mid, and bottom-funnel assets.
- Collaborate with funnel team to improve user experience, VSL watch rate, call-booking rate, and checkout conversions.
ADVANCED ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Take complete ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards.
- Track cost per lead, cost per booking, cost per sale, lead quality score, show-up rates, and revenue attribution.
- Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, UTM tracking systems.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend clear solutions backed by data.
AUDIENCE BUILDING & TARGET RESEARCH
- Build audience clusters using:
- behavioral and interest segments
- custom audiences
- lookalike audiences
- Meta's Advantage+ automation
- Conduct deep market research to understand consumer psychology, pain points, and trends.
CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION (CRO)
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels using
- heatmaps
- scroll depth
- event tracking
- split testing
- Reduce drop-offs and improve the quality of conversions at every stage.
LEAD QUALITY & SALES ALIGNMENT
- Ensure lead quality meets the sales team's booking and conversion targets.
- Work closely with setters and closers to understand feedback loops and refine campaigns.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Marketing Head.
BUDGET OWNERSHIP & FORECASTING
- Create accurate weekly/monthly media forecasts.
- Control overspending and maximize ROI across campaigns.
- Proactively identify scale opportunities in India + GCC markets.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads expertise
- Strong funnel understanding (VSL, webinar, call funnels, SLO models)
- Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Mixpanel
- Strong copywriting sense for hooks, angles, and ad structures
- Ability to scale budgets profitably
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and digital behavior
- Fast execution + problem-solving abilities
- Experience in health, wellness, or coaching industry is an added advantage
