Job Description
This position is pivotal in running the marketing operations for ICS. This role requires high level of platform understanding, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and platform partners; ensuring campaigns are launched on time, run smoothly, and meet performance targets
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across channels (email, web, app, SMS, AVC, social media).
- Set up campaigns on marketing platforms – by coordinating with the campaign owners & the platform partners.
- Manage dependencies, follow-ups, and approvals to avoid delays
- Ensure accuracy in information handoffs and implementation
- Ensure timely launches based on the campaign calendars
- Perform rigorous quality and validation checks during the process to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Identify execution issues proactively, troubleshoot and drive quick resolutions
- Ensure internal stakeholders adhere to the agreed process and SLAs
- Ensure partners adhere to SLAs and quality standards by escalating any gaps
- Monitor live campaigns and flag any delivery or performance issues
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery metrics (send success, open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Drive operational efficiency and improvements through partner collaboration
- Build and maintain campaign workflows, SOPs, and execution playbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, or CRM roles
- Hands-on experience with any campaign tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, process-driven mindset, stakeholder coordination, time and priority management.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Banking/Credit Card industry (market trends, economics, regulatory environment) is a plus
