Job Description

Role Summary

Join our central Talent Acquisition team as Employer Branding Coordinator. You will play a key role in strengthening Oberoi's employer brand to attract high-quality talent for frontline and supervisory positions across Oberoi and Trident hotels in India. This hands-on role focuses on creating compelling content, driving inbound interest through digital and social channels, activating employee referral programs, supporting recruitment events, and enhancing candidate experience to position Oberoi as a premier destination for hospitality careers.

Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate with the VP – Talent Acquisition and TA Manager to develop and execute EVP-aligned content including reels, stories, testimonials, event materials, and careers page updates that showcase Oberoi's culture, growth opportunities, and legacy.

● Manage and grow presence on social and digital channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and others) to increase visibility, engagement, and inbound applications.

● Design and support employee referral campaigns and employee advocacy initiatives, including creative materials, recognition programs, and communication to drive high-quality internal referrals.

● Support branding and logistics for recruitment events such as campus drives, open house sessions, and referral activities in coordination with the TA team.

● Create engaging employer branding campaigns and materials that highlight service excellence, family-like culture, and long-term career development.

● Track brand health metrics including application sources, social engagement, referral performance, traffic to careers page, and candidate feedback to recommend optimizations.

● Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and TA Specialists to ensure consistent messaging across all sourcing channels and deliver exceptional candidate experience.

● Travel to properties and campuses as needed to support on-ground events and content capture.

Key Skills & Competencies

● 2–5 years of experience in employer branding, digital marketing, content creation, or recruitment marketing.

● Strong creative skills in content development, video editing, copywriting, and storytelling for social and digital channels, especially Instagram Reels.

● Proficiency in content tools such as Canva, CapCut, and basic analytics dashboards.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen understanding of luxury brand positioning and candidate engagement.

● Ability to manage multiple projects with creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

● Willingness to work in shifts and travel to properties and campuses as required.

● Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and building an aspirational employer brand.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred).
