Noa is a VC-backed early-stage D2C startup building a root-cause, inside-out weight management platform for Tier-2 women.

India is heading toward a metabolic health crisis, with obesity and lifestyle disorders rising rapidly beyond metro cities. Most women are left navigating unsafe, confusing, and unsustainable solutions.

At Noa, we combine research-backed formulations with behavior-led systems to help women lose weight sustainably and improve long-term metabolic health.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-first marketer who lives at the intersection of data and consumer psychology. At Noa, we aren't looking for someone to run ads—we need a growth engine who understands what makes people click, buy, and stay.

If you've spent time scaling D2C brands in the Wellness/Women's Wellness or Femtech space, you know that high-growth marketing in this niche requires empathy for the consumer journey and a relentless obsession with conversion. You will work across ads, landing pages, and creative strategy to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale Paid Acquisition: Own the strategy and execution for Meta and Google. You'll manage budgets, scale winners aggressively, and optimize for ROAS and CAC.
  • Creative Strategy: Ideate and direct high-converting UGC and short-form reels. You'll work with creators to build hooks and angles that actually move the needle.
  • Funnel Optimization: Identify drop-offs in the user journey and continuously test landing pages and messaging to improve CVR.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Run weekly structured tests across audiences and offers. We value speed, ownership, and data-backed pivots.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience, ideally from D2C Wellness / Women Space or Femtech.
  • Meta Power-User: Deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling budgets. You think commercially, not just creatively.
  • Growth Mindset: You are obsessed with conversions and sales. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments where execution is valued over activity.

What This Role Is vs. Is Not

This role is for you if you are obsessed with conversions, CAC, and scaling winners. You want high autonomy and a revenue-first mission. You love building things from scratch and operate with an outcome first mindset.

This role is NOT for you if you are looking for a pure branding role, social media management, SEO, or a slow-moving corporate environment.

The Logistics & Growth

  • Location: Gurgaon (5 days In-Office | Saturday WFH).
  • Growth Path: Performance Marketer → Senior Performance Marketer → Growth Lead.
  • Selection Process: WhatsApp screening → G-Meet Interview → Practical Assignment → Final F2F Round.
